    Not sure why this people call them self Two Hapkido experts, as they are not. The technique is poor and implements none of the basic Hapkido principles. There are a lot of good hapkido videos in YT this is not one.

    Good Question: when the your opponent is taken down, you must still have control of the arm (normally at the wrist) so you have already elevated the arm. Putting your knee down on the tricep forces the elbow joint to bend inwards, that should be enough for a tap-out, if not, or if you want to really break the arm, you can always pull the arm up more.
