I recommend that you drink a tremendous amount of water: fresh water, purified water, or spring water. Water acts as a conduit or conductor. It keeps your system open and flowing. However there are also alternatives. Lying on your back is perfectly fine. Just focus on keeping your spine well supported (if upright) and try to keep as still as possible. Love & Light

    In meditation does your spine has to be straight lying up and does food and water effect meditation like put you to sleep like you were lying down.

    I feel comfortable when my spine Is not straight up but could that leave to an problem.
