This is a quick and simple tutorial to explain some of the tricks you can do on the GMod Gamemode: GMod Parkour. I hope you find this useful.

It is not possible to download the mod from a website, however you can download the client side files when you join the Gmod Parkour server.

because mirrors edge is only limited to the maps in the game. and this is free :P. on top of that you can download way more things like new maps of course.
