    "Manchurian Beat", is all so sometimes called "Manchurian twist", Original "finnish" version is slow walz called "Manchurian Kummut". It is really originally russian song. I don't know that name, but i think it's something "Manchuria's hills" writed russia...?

    Ok... But... We were both right! Ventures has performed it first on stage... but... The Sounds RECORDED it first in 1963... and after that Ventures started to play that "Finnish version" of it... and as you can see Ventures recorded it in 1971...
    LP: Liberty LP99025 - 5/1971...

    But great tune anyway...

    We must rememder that Manchurian Beat is not Ventures original recording. Finnish band called "The Sounds" recorded Manchurian beat in 1963... Ventures recorded exactly same version of it later... And still they dare to call it as "their own version"... That is rude!! I apologise possible typing erros... My native language is Finnish, not English...
