    Much of the opening, as well as the beam and the stairs in the mall scene were definitely parkour. There was some great balance, confidence, and judgement. The rest is just unrefined mid-level gymnastics. Neat, but only applicable if your job description is "stuntman".

    Ok for evry1 who is un certain about the difference between Free running and parkour ,
    Parkour is basically getting from point A to point B in the quickest most EFFICIENT way possible (not using flips, because these waste more energy than just jumping)
    Whereas Free running is basically the more advanced version of parkour where flips are incorperated to improve the appearance and flow of the movements.
