Baking Decadent Banana Muffins

You can use just plain apple sauce - not apple cider - apple cider is a liquid - you can find apple sauce at any grocery store - or simply make your own by peeling and coring a few apples..maybe 5 or 6 - slicing them up and putting them on the stove with some water DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH WATER - just a 1/4 of the way up to the apples) add some cinnamon and maybe 2-3 good spoonfuls of brown sugar = homemade applesauce.
