actually the first 3 are free, then you must pay 20 dollars for the next 2, that makes 5, after the 5th failed attempt you have to go to the doctor to make sure you are mentally stable to drive a vehicle. Then you have unlimted ammount of times after the doctors visit each costing 20 dollars a try. So he payed 40 dollars, plus a doctors visit if he wants his license any time soon.
