Week 7.. :O These weeks have gone way too quick!
Anyway, I didn't do very much jogging this week. 3 times I think. We have also had our independence day, along with huge meals and much ice cream, so I could've eaten better, too.
But anyhoo, I have done the "8 minute abs" everyday except sunday and monday.. But I've taken some sit-up tests and taken 61 on tuesday, 107 thursday, 207 friday and alltogether 300 on sunday, so that's been a good workout.
As usual I don't think I see any difference, and I also don't think I'm gunna lose the lovehandles unless I starve myself or something... There's a bone under there which just has that shape, lol. o well :)

I took pushups almost everyday for 8 weeks and it gave a good result. i hope you people get inspired by you, i certainly do! =) (sry for loong post =S)
