EPIC FAIL - Lesson to all, and myself...
Do not pull up too high up on the pull up bar...you'll waste energy like I did, do not rest or pause...especially in the up position.
This is video was taken May 23rd, 2009 at Fleet Week in NYC, Times Square. It's a week dedicated to the Naval Department of the military, including the United States Marine Corps. In the middle of Times Square, they had a pull up challenge.
Thank you Apryl and JoJo, for filming, and thanks to everyone else who was there for cheering. I'm going next year, and I will get 30...in my Blues.
