  • Freezing up during restore

    My iphone goes to the itunes icon and usb every time I update my phone through syncrinization. When i go to restore, it gets to restoring software with the apple logo and a progress meter on my phone. When the progress meter fills about a quarter . iTunes shows that it is "restoring iPhone software" with a progress meter about 3/4 full, and my phone goes back to the iTunes logo and usb. Last time it did this, I took it to the Mac store, and the tech simply ran a restore and it worked fine. He said that my issue may be any anti-virus software that I have on my PC and that I should turn it off. I have done that and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
