Wow they have soo much energy. they dance while they exercise, and they make it look so easy and fun. man im tired but enjoyed the workout. i recommend this =)

my third time doing it, wow, i have a lot more energy. seriously, it really makes you feel good afterwards. omg...gotta continue though..not done yet ;

WOW! when people say bellydancing is hard i believe them now! they are soo good! not only with belly dancing but these cardio exercises! im keep having to take breaks to catch my breath i mist say these are the best vids iv come across so far! thanks for posting them

well i seen them in this show and they said that are from india...I don't know i am new at belly dancing as well..

maybe they identify with indian more than the others. I'm new to belly dance tings, are many of their moves indian?
