    this documentary reminds me of the show intervention in the sense that the people are clearly addicts, and their families are such enablers. no one wants to say "this person is addicted to food"...they make excuses like oh his metabolism is bad, i can't exercise, blah blah. same as drug addicts. only problem is you can't 100% avoid food, so it makes it probably worse to kick the habit.
