This is from the shippuuden episodes. Akatsuki makes a clone of Kisame that uses 30% of Kisame's charka and has the same abilities, but it just isn't Kisame himself, or a Shadow Clone, and fights Team Gai in order to stall them.

So with a third of ...
So with a third of his chakra, he can create an ocean in a wasteland, use a plethora of techniques in rapid succession, and most of it just to punish someone for not remembering him?
Of course, Naruto is implied to have just as much chakra as his 1/3. Does this mean Naruto could summon oceans out of boredom?
