yeah that makes no sense. I would think if a plane hit the towers on the top it should have weakened it and caused only the top portion to fall. If you watch the video carefully you can see the top portion does fall off, but as it falls off the whole building starts to collapse to. makes no sense, sounds fishy to me.

The fact that the planes hit the top of the building (which is designed to sway), the intensity of the strength of the bottom floors would have resisted any type of top portional collapse. It HAS to be explosive devices that have blew the critical structural entities that made it go down..i put my engineering stamp on that, as well as my entire practice!

As a Structural Engineer, this is definately a controlled demolition. I studied the structural integrity and believe me, those buildings would have suffered no more than a maximum of a 5 floor collapse

You can not possibly be 55 and be that ignorant can you?.. why does a tower such as an antenna tower have cross members? To keep the support poles, columns etc. tied together so that they do flex in or out and buckle. Remove the crossmembers or ties and the tower will come down. Same thing in a building with a skeletal structure such as the wtc.
