    Oh he has say, but that doesn't mean he gets his way all the time. As for Triple H calling his matches, so what? Stone Cold, Jericho, Michaels, Undertaker, Flair...it goes on and on...all call their own matches or at least call spots. It's what they call being a ring "General". Some like to pre-organize their whole match beforehand, some like to go out and call it blind
