If what you say is true (removed from election desk) then that just shows the integrity of MSNBC, which counter-trumps Orielly's opinion that MSNBC's is evil and looking for ratings to the point that they are fixing the ratings.

Olberman and Orielly are entertaining opinionists not journalists.

Palin's wardrobe receit was only a big deal because (1) she is trying to say why "spread the wealth" is a bad idea; (2) she's painting Obama as an elitist. And yeah, MSNBC has a liberal bias, but they try to maintain balance with the likes of people like regular contributor Pat Buchanan. FOX news chooses liberals that do not defend their positions very well--strawmen. This technique of misrepresenting liberals is one behavior of the propaganda of FOX that is far worse than bias.

Actually the reasons people watch FOX has evolved--FOX markets itself as fair and balanced, Bill O'Reilly markets himself as an Independent--but the facade to fairness at FOX has really seemed to be exposed recently as you can see by O'Reilly's rant about the ratings. FOX's glory days of reaping the benefits of "fair and balanced" marketing are over--they will only be able to court the Republican democraphic here on.
