i doubt it's just ...
i doubt it's just the dress that the issue... there has to be more to it... & i think it's the university's policy or smth like that... and not an issue of the country... it's really just unfair to blame an entire nation for a punishment given by a specific institution (which i guess it has it's right to)... as for her outfit... i think since it's a university she has the right to wear whatever as long as it's not nudity... plus i dont think it was that bad... even tho i wudnt wear it...LOL
