look at the cars there thats it i got to go there its got everything i want cars, girls, decent house's, beautiful views, beaches that looks like the life

It is true that Greenwich and San Fran are more expensive per house, but the median salary for those areas is also substantially higher. Median salaries in Miami are actually very low relative to the cost of housing.

Nah, not true at all. Greenwich, CT..San Fran, cali....are much, much more expensive per house.

miami rocks it has hot weather all year round nice beaches cool clubs nice hotels maryland aint got nothing but rain it gets cold and there beaches aint nice as florida

Great place to visit. But unless you are completely loaded, I wouldn't recommend living there. It is very expensive but jobs are actually not very plentiful. And they pay very little.

I think Miami was voted the least affordable city in the entire USA. Expensive housing costs and low wages.

I lived in Miami for 23 years and that S**t is so overrated. Yeah..don't get me wrong its a great party city hands down but that's it. But, S**t you can get a job that pays you decent money even with a degree and being tri-lingual and like a any big city everyobe got a fucken attitude. The economy in Miami S**ks an the peole that flash all this money are not from Miami,unless you a pro athlete. SO overrated!!!

I live here in west Miami. Its about 20 minutes away from south beach with traffic.
