Welshboy you don't know S**t but pretty good following of the media. The ISI is 100% answerable to the Preisdent. Its absurd to suggest otherwise. There might not be agreement with some decisions that Musharaf takes but they better follow orders. Thats how the military operates. MI is absolute garbage and is concerned only with military matters. ISI is very professional and the current ISI chief was hand picked by the Preisdent as he was a junior officer in the unit he commanded as a Colonel.

nope MI{military} is seperate agency, as well as ISB{ civilian} and ISI is basically government well ex-government, they're acting like renegades and think they're above the law. MI have always been strong intelligence, had to do this for my assignment in uni. I would give you large essay, but i let you look it up

The Pakistani SSG commandos are pretty good, but the Israeli special forces are reputed to be very good. The Delta Force and SAS along with the French Legion are up there as well.

50 years ago maybe!!! Chorat is not in the UK or the US. Officers do go on courses abroad but they are not trained by them. Big difference b/w doing a course and being trained by them.

it costs nothing . you have to join army and later being solider to succeeded to pass commando test. you can get free training . haha.

i think you ppl know that event in which terrorists kidnapped school bus in islamabad. SSG commandos killed all terrorists and all children were resuced without any causality. Now this is called PROFESSIONALISM.

The SSG is without a doubt one of the best trained and most experienced commando forces in the world.

They have been involved in wars with india, border conflicts, fighting taliban, fighting the russians in afghanistan, fighting the indian army in kashmir (india has 700,000 troops in Kashmir)......

The SSG is also one of the best forces for mountain warfare (heard of siachin!) and anti-gorilla warfare (taliban, al-quida..)

Don't ever make the mistake of underestimating them!
