you know i was thinkin about goin that route, but the numbers just aren't as high as i'd like them to be. a s/c svt was sittin around like 260 if i remember right...idk, i'm pretty greedy lol i have alot of friends sittin 400 and higher ha i really have to squeeze out as much as i can! and yea i'm on FF my name is lawdawg14! ya that site is basically amazing! it's answered alot of questions!

Hey thanks man. Yeah, as far as the zetecs go, I'd say check into powerworks and go with the supercharger. It's alot more supercharger friendly. Are you on focusfanatics?

nice! thats the 2.3 duratec right? cause those stock motors hold up really well to boost. see i have the 2.0ztec so i have to build the motor to get any boost lol i'm buildin it this winter actually, i'm using a 16g for the turbo and by next summer i'll be pushin 18lbs of boost and hopefully sittin around 375-400hp i can prolly get 400 if i go with like a race gas tune. eh we'll see lol but good luck man! get more vids up!

Yeah, the video was on a pre-set ECU flash and on only 10psi. I wasn't even redlining it when I ran the timed run. With the right tunig, and bump the boost to 12psi, I'll get it in 5.5.

i have a focus myself..however 0-75 in 7..idk man, with those numbers i'm pretty sure a camaro would take it on a track too. i mean, z28's got the vette engine, and that my friend is a great motor. you have to realize too that camaro's are designed as sports cars lol the focus is a gorcery getter! they take alot of work to set it up for racing (trust me i know) it's put quite a dent in my pocket lol no disrespect to the focus tho! it's still a beaut!!! build up the motor and TURN UP THE BOOST!!!

Hey thanks! I've already got the exedy stage 2 installed about 3 months ago. Its had plenty of time to break in and everything. What you can't see is the H&R Suspension, swaybars, tower strut bars. I think a track race would be interesting but I know who this cdawgz28 character is. His z28 is stock! He thinks its God!!! Thats right buddy, I know quite a bit about your passion for the camaro, and ONLY the comaro!

sweet focus BTW, although, id make one more change, Exedy clutch from focussport. CM have been known to go out early.

You assume my Z28 is stock...don't assume, it makes an ass of u and me. Have fun when the MP's take your license for dumping the clutch on post like that.

I'm the owner of this focus! Yeah, I've already bumped the clutch to stage 2 and yes the CEL is due the idle control solenoid which isn't affecting the car at all so not too worried about it. There will be more videos to come! :) Thanks for the comments!
