    that was one unhappy dough.and i also noticed that a few pretzels were double twisted.but she did a very good job of showing how to make pretzels.i work at auntie Anne's and when your busy you cant twist the perfect pretzel. when you have people lined up outside the door.and this video is 5 thumbs up

    I think she's using a newer oven then you have, WinterFawkes. The newer ovens at Auntie Anne's don't require you to turn the tray during baking.

    I work @ auntie anne's in Hull (England), and that dough was not fully risen!!!! And the tray wasnt turned in the oven!!!
