I think nudity is not indecent .God made us this way. The human body that he made glorifies God. Just like the bodies of our four footed animal friends. Imagine them having clothes on them; wouldn't the glory of their being be lessoned?

no. i wouldnt go out topless, but if someone else wanted to why not let them? the female breast is no different than a mans, except for the size. people sexualize the breast to much and make it "bad". if guys can walk around topless, then why should women be deprived? society is retarded.

@FusionFelicity: That used to be the argument why people could legally drink alcohol at 18, back in the 60's and 70's. After it was legalized, drunk driving and drinking-influenced crime went through the roof, so it was moved back to 21 again.

It should definitely be legal. I'd say limit it to women 18 and older (for obvious reasons), but there's no reason that a woman should fear showing her chest in public.

well, even if it would be legal, i don't think there would be so many woman walking around topless... probably it would take about a few years to reach the mens level. Nowdays it's normal to see a men topless, but it would be strange to see a woman...

and to be completely honest. I swear to god ill be looking at EVERY womans breast. It would be very nice to see that lol. But after awhile im sure it wouldnt even matter. Everybody wouldnt mind it. But it still would be wrong around kids or for the kids to be doing it themselves. So I guess you can blame the sick and twisted people, and maybe the perverts who love breasts for all of this hassle.

This is a very crazy question to answer. I think its best the way it is. But if that law allows women to go topless, It would cause some chaos cus most men will freak out bout their women topless and guys looking at them more lol.

if women were to walk round topless i think aftera few months people wouldnt care about it, i do think its sexist but to be honest they should eithermkethe law to cover both men and women or not have it. but if you look at how the law has changed regarding covering women up look at the 60's hype over the mini skirt, back then skirts had to be over the knee and even before then women had to cover their bodys up fully even at the beach.
