Yeah, the limit is real. But on something like the busa, simply replace the resister on the governing unit and it tricks the bike to thinking its stays in fifth, and presto! that company agreement means precisely S**t all. gotta love loop-holes. *the 08 busa however has a more complicated system*

Bullshit on the agreement. I have had my bone-ass stock GSX-R 1000 (except a pipe) on the track at Mid-Ohio and went past 186 on the back straight. Also had it at 202 on the turnpike. (smooth ass no car lovely highyway baby.) I was still pulling but I had some scary ass harmonics from the rear once I rounded 190 so I SLOWLY started backing off.. It was the most intense 10 seconds of my life. (other than my wreck in 91)

All Japanese bikes are limited by an agreement with all manufacturers to 300KPH or 186MPH.. So he was hitting the speed governor. However I doubt this bike could do much faster. But car is over $100kUDS Bike is $10kUS that is the real difference.

ur an idiot, most bike crashes r because someone hit the biker not the biker hitting someone, and anyone in a car getting hit most likely will never be hurt anyways, inless the biker is going 200 mph and some dumbass pulls out in front of him and the biker hits them in the drivers side then it might hurt them, but still the car drivers fault for pulling ut in front of the guy...
