and some other exercises for biceps like around for 20-30 minutes

im jus a beginner and i dont have any bicep yet :p and my body is normal ^^
all we have to do is keep on doing even if we do it less doesnt matter as long as we dont stop

really? if i do like 10 pullups i feel dizzy if im fasting lol. i sometimes u know just randomly do pullups and when i come to 10 i just feel dizzy lol... How can u cope? my Exercise are usually 1hour 30minutes long and i dont think i can last to do them without food! lol but u good job buddy! :D

jeff man i love the way you do your bicep workouts. doing the excercises slow with good posture really makes you see a significant difference in your muscle gain rather than sloppy posture and pour technique.
