If u watch closely, actually one inch punch need a long prepared time.
I think Lee use power of entire body to launch that punch, need some time to focus to launch the punch, the problem is in fast situation I think it's hard to do that, gimme your oppinion

MMA is a sport, but it's also used to describe hybrid styles. Gong fu qualifies as mixed.
