    Actually, this episode is labeled as non-canonical by Bandai and CyberConnect2. Mostly due to the fact that Sora's player was supposed to have forgotten about The World from the coma and goes on to be Haseo in GU. So none of this really means anything.

    She said in the games to be a playier on the outside world though ;o So o.o I think Mia was in a coma then while in that became macha and learnt how to play ETC and hack then she became mia in the games from past exsperiance ;o otherwise it wouldn't make sene o.o since it'd be an AI with no purpose X_x so it has to be a player since AI's inside the game like Skeith can't do anything but what there suppose to do o.o

    ummmm... Mia was never in a coma... Mia is Macha, but Macha only exsists inside the game, so obviously so does Mia. When Macha was data drained earlier on in the series, she pretty much disappeared until the games, in which she appeared as Mia. Macha, Mia, the Temptress, they're all one in the same.
