  • Thin Lizzy allways ...

Thin Lizzy allways inspired Iron Maiden, eaven on their latest album they did a "tribue song" to Thin Lizzy. It is wrong saying anyone of them is best, it is only a matter of taste.

I would not say it is like compering a apple and a bulb, it is more like compering an orange and a mandarin: bought are boody great but very different.

Anyway is this song "bloody great"

Rock music doesn't get much better than this, in ANY era. Powerful music played with passion and skill. The whole Live & Dangerous DVD that this is lifted from should be retitle Guitar Rock 101 - it IS the book.

I like this song, it's so powerfull
.I don't understand why some folks here compare Thin Lizzy with Iron Maiden. It's as if you compare an apple with a bulb. Fact is that Thin Lizzy is one of the best Band in the mid 70's.

Baby Please Don't Go is cool, not really fast paced, but some versions of Dont Believe a Word, and this isn't really Thin Lizzy, but Out in the Fields (Lynott and Moore) is good too

I like Maiden, but Maiden is better at their own songs...only Lizzy could deliver this song the way it was meant to be.
