This is a fan recut of the original Transformers teaser trailer. This was done just weeks before a brand new Transformers trailer was officially released so I had limited footage to work with at the time.

As I felt the original teaser needed a bit more "oomph" I added new music, reordered and retimed some scenes, created some new titles, inserted footage from the "Transformers Mars Teaser" and then filled the gaps slyly with footage from Die Hard 4 (which was not released at the time).

Lots of people have noted the use of Die Hard footage which I never actually hid. Had more Transformers footage been available at the time I would have used that. But heck, the Die Hard footage is *nearly* seamless.

There's actually around 8 shots in the trailer from Die Hard - can you spot them all? Answers on a postcode please.

    This is going to be such a cool movie! I can't fuckin wait! Wonder who's going to be featured...hope to see Soundwave, Astrotrain, the Predacons and at least one good merge, like Devastator!

    I would love to chop them out but I lost the original project file! The only way I could do it now is start all over again but with several new, official trailers been released since I put this online, seems a bit pointless now. Thanks for the kind words though.

    Good job...but I agree with Whitey. The Die Hard clips are snuck in there pretty nicely, but any true fan will catch the difference. So toss em, they're unrelated...otherwise, nice slice.
