It's not cold blooded, at least not if you do it ethically. And really, deer tastes pretty good. It's unfortunate that some people characterize deer hunting as such a bad thing, but there is really more to it than meets the eye, believe it or not.

Humans do get along that well txhippiegal. They are fine as long as they have what they want then they attack you when it's gone :) We don't mind sharing until we realize it's less for us. Survival of the animal kingdom.

Elly: Yes, I must admit that raccoons can be monsters--even terrifying when angered/hungry. Maybe my offering of water and bread is "protection" payment to keep them out of trouble. I need to keep my raccoon fantasy world. They far outnumber me and I want them to stay happy. To me though, they are cute. They even hold my hand and walk beside me on two legs.

A raccoon ate some of my poor chickens. They are not cute or loveable. They can be little vicious monsters.
