You are joking right? Jimmy Page couldn't play live like Rory to save his life. Great in the studio, a big disappointment on stage. It isn't about defending Rory or dissing Page, its just the truth. Rory was better live than in the studio.

and what i notice every time i watch him is how similar his style is to jimmy page's
(maybe not in this video, buut certainly in others)

He was always late,we talk with him drink with him end just chill with him many timesi saw him a lot in hamersmith odeon in london always a thrill too meet him You bludy dutchman whats up !!
His last show in paradiso amsterdam he was tired en out i give him a drink shake hands.
We miss him all end wil never forget the way he play his fender thanks too a graet man.

oh and the bass solo on this kicks ass too, F**king brilliant. and check out the guy when the camera turns to the audience, he is totally into it. love this

Rory, another great guitar player no longer with us. I never met him but, I have a feeling he was a real nice guy. No frills, no arrogance, just play the set and everyone enjoys it, wonderful.
