The great thing about knowing how to make coffee is that you can pretty much get a job anywhere in the world where there is a cafe.

Ive been in the cafe biz for 4-5years, I have an expiry date of about a year till I get sick of a joint then I just move onto the next cafe with different people/atmosphere.

Hehe our last name is so ordinary as it can... I get the question " are you related to this dude or girl" constantly!

But hell yeah, a good latte is made with love and fun!

Just quit the café biz, so im pretty much out of training, but i guess its like riding a bike, you never forget:-)
