This is a video I shot while standing at the end of runway 20 at keflavik airport. This is the Airbus 380 doing crosswind test landings. Winds were gusting 40knots so sound is a little bit blurred due to wind.Truly a scary moment when this monster flys over your head. I felt like I was in the opening sequence of Star Wars.

    You dont see the actual touchdown thats right but you see the approach and that is certainly a big part of the landing.

    Thank you for the positive comments my friend. I have updated the tags for this clip as you suggested. To answer your question, firstly I wasn´t entirely sure we were allowed to go as close to the runway as we did and secondly it was scary enough being were we were just below the rocks. Next time maybe ;)

    and this is definitely one of the best.
    Why didn't you go up on the rocks?
    Then everyone could have rated your video 10 stars.

    Friendly suggestion:....in your title, put a world like
    "crosswind", "wild", "crazy" or "fantastic",
    and you'll get many more views.
    When I typed in the searchbox "a380 (land OR landing)",
    this video came #326 on page 17 based on view count.
    You deserve much better.
