    well, first you should understand if it's an actual sexual attraction or a girl crush. if you would like to have sex with her, then i think you should try to understand if she likes girls too. maybe spending some time with her, see if there is some accidental touch, or silence, looking at each other, sexual tension etc. if there is try something like..kissing her cheek, and see how she reacts. maybe declaring urself would be a little risk as u don't know if she's ethero or not.
