TheDaftman pulse motor.
If anyone would like to discuss any of my work or videos I have now set up a forum.
Forum name is:
The Energy Experimenting People.
Teep for short.
Anyway this is the link please come and join me.

i cosntruct a newman motor and i would like to know how do you construct the circuit of the motor. it`s a good work.
best regards
See forum for links to Voltage Doubler diagrams. The link is under Technical help and Questions.
Voltage Doubler,Tripler,Quadrupler links.
The 24 volt battery pack was only ½ the amp hour of the source 12 volt battery.
Well nice work, voltage doubler maybe the way to go I'm considering it my self after watching vid's on youtube maybe the vid's was yours. In short terms you must remember that the currant is limited by the output of your coils. So you will get more voltage but maybe lower currant depending on the circuit you use. I will post some diagrams or links on the forum that maybe of interest.

By theDaftman [Affiliate User] 1208914872 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveHi Daftman, I went to the teep forum and tried to sign up but was unsucessful. I'll try it another time. It looks like a great place to exchange views on these energy ideas. I actually got envolved with this because the solar panel broke on my sailboat last year and one thing led to another. Now I'm building pulse motors.--Rusty

By sceptic33 [Affiliate User] 1208885964 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removenice work as usual...will check out your forum...how large a battery in terms of amphours was the 24V you mentioned compared to the 12V that charged it? ... what do you make of my attempt at including a voltage doubler on my output coil? am not too sure if it's working as planned...would appreciate input from anyone in the know...

The link is at the side of the video on this page. It's new so not much on it. I have tried to set it up simple for All to Use and Enjoy. With no gimmicky front page.
Thanks for the quick reply. Which forum will you be using? I think that there are lots of other "tinkers" like me that respect your knowledge on this subject and are learning from you. My favorite quote is: "Learn from others mistakes because you will not live long enough to make them all youself." It hung on the wall of my 7th grade drafting class.---Rusty
By Lidmotor [Affiliate User] 1208858031 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWell Rusty. I'm not looking to drive anything yet but 1 would need more work to run a tube direct but it will light up one end. I use filament in this video. The test on my window motor was very good but not anywhere near the power of the motor in this video also the one in this video requires a good flywheel.
By theDaftman [Affiliate User] 1208857003 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveHi Rusty. Comment fluorescent tube ballast was only a near comparison, simple ballast uses similar component & layout. Different but does behave in a similar way. I'm now going to forget driving something with a motor. I'm going to design from scratch. Although I have some tests I need to complete before moving on. I will be moving questions & answers to the forum soon, as the 500 word limit makes my replies to short & makes me feel & look a pratt.
By theDaftman [Affiliate User] 1208855909 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveAnother great video!! This the first time that I have heard anyone campare this to a flourscent tube ballast. What kind of little bulbs are you using? Led,neon, or filament? On my set up I have been using a neon --doesn't give off much light. Can we use a flourscent bulb? Also I have read that the "window motor" version of the Bedini has more torque than the spinning wheel type which is better for driving a generator. What do you think? Thanks, Rusty
By Lidmotor [Affiliate User] 1208848579 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveNot quite that straight forward for me, I'm looking to run without batteries.
Braking even will do. I know it's not possible. The only thing keeping me going on this is all u youtube'rs & when I was about 12 I did have 1 running for days. But then I got in to college and began to understand by the teachings it wasn't possible and I never revisited the subject until now. All I can say let's see.
It need to give more output than input right?
