Its to motivate those who will do the deeds of the reaper. AFSOC, ASF, CCT, PJ and a few others. For the most part, these airmen will be aircraft mechanics, support. The BMTS has changed in the last few years. The USAF, US Army command have an agreement, JAACT, which means that USAF troops now have to ground combat qualified to be used if the US Army needs troops to do ground pounding. That will probably never happen but the USAF wants to be able to the job if needed.

Those new AF basic trainees yelling how they want to kill somebody is pathetic.

Half of them will be paper pushers/ce troops etc.. unless they plan on attacking somebody with a paper shredder/forklift I would say you might as well have boy/girl scouts screaming that. The planes are great just that part bothers me.
