  • Hello, what the ...

Hello, what the paper published is based on witness acciunts. In case you're gonna say that most witness are singaporeans, there are tourist too ok. An australian couple saw him throwing his ic in the alligator tank and others saw him climbing the fence. If it is by accident he fell, why can;'t he just stay in the water till help arrives. Why must he provoke the tiger by going to it. Pictures from the video showed him going towards the tigers and shouting at it. He even said sorry to the tiger.

maybe you should take over his job since he aint around anylonger... then only can u maintain your warped sense of safety and responsibility... u can keep a 24 hr watch on each and every enclosure of all the dangerous animals. then again.. whats the point in telling u since u cant fathom what everyone else is making sense of ?

  • who is responsible ...

who is responsible for his life? its the cleaner's and his alone to be responsible for. pedestrian gets hit by car, driver gets in trouble for reckless driving if proven that its true but ultimately the pedestrian is still responsible for his own safety. In this case who is responsible for the death? its the tiger. so lets just put down an endangered wild animal that just does something instinctially cos it was aggravated by the pail on his stupid head.

  • patrickz218 u said ...

patrickz218 u said he jumped in himself... so doesnt that already say something? U know he did that on his own accord to put his own life in danger. its like the traffic police warning all of us not to jay walk esp on Orchard Road.. so many ppl do it still... i am sure u hv done it too! you're just lucky u havent met with an accident. so does that mean that there's not enough safety? seems u need some re-education on the fundamentals of life

  • He was suppose to ...

He was suppose to clean Organ Utan cages and not the tigers. He even said "Goodbye to them" moments later he was being bitten. Seriously read newspapers. Straits time and TODAY papers are reliable source of news. So is Channel News Asia. they are not ur regular gossip channels.

  • He jumped in ...

He jumped in himself. And NOT from the public area. He jumped in from the area where staff are allowed to enter. and he agitated the tigers first.. If you do not believe what the papers say, or the news, what makes you think that your assumptions are right?

  • Seriously?!?!? u ...

Seriously?!?!? u NEVER even read the papers.. There are even recordings.. If you were to watch the videos, the tiger DID not eat him. They are totally harmless. If you want to say the tigers harmed him, why is it not all 3 tigers and why would they (tigers) want to listen to the keepers??
Being in the service industry in Singapore, i can dare 100% tell you, staff are briefed on safety issues etc. It is the responsibility of staff whether to do it a not.
