I did. Doesn't work. it rises around the edges to find it's way out the barbed fitting. Maybe if I make it big enough to seal it off all the way around the circumference of the tank.

  • I am being told, ...

I am being told, and it's probably true, that my foam is a result of my use of the goop marine adhesive. I'm hoping it settles down after a while once the chemicals that produce the foam leach out. Otherwise I have to look at additives unless I rebuild with precision cut grooves for the acrylic.

  • If you dont want ...

If you dont want the foam rising up and getting to the terminals, you might be able to, somehow, drop a glass tube down over each terminal, with the tube sealed top and bottom. Then the foam can rise up and out and not hurt anything. I also second the notion of shaking the cell, to work the foam back down.

I found that is the cell is sitting on a table not moving I get foam. If the cell is in the car and the water is sloshing around the foam disapates. Try slightly shaking your cell on the bench and you may notice the foam disapate. This is what I found others may have a different result.

    Hey Zero!
    Excellent work!

I was wondering about something - are those neutral plates (2 each outer side) going from the outer electrodes to the walls of the tank?

I wish I could win the lotto - then I could meet you and donate a FAT check for your R & D...

Also, have you tried a couple of strainer spoons? I tried them. Amps started at 9.5 @ room temp and went to 10.5 @ 150F.

I still can't afford to buy proper research equipment darn it. I don't know what my output is, sigh.

Hi Z, first thanks for all your efforts i have gone to zero bubbles to good production because of you and others sharing your stuff. any way as to the foaming i saw a program in africa where they were plauged by mozzies from tier wells, they put a layer of polastyrene balls over the water so they coudnt lay eggs. maybe you could do something similar and have a cone shape mesh over your gas out pipe so it cant be blocked! just a thought keep them coming and thanks again. Les

  • Not that I mind ...

Not that I mind your endless experimentation, but in the end you make it appear that this technology is a high-tech affair that is totally beyond what the average guy can do. How come you never show your gear running in a car, and how much mileage you save? I hope to see your work in some ready-to-go form at the HHO Games & Exposition, where there will be many other inventors like you.

  • The rate at witch ...

The rate at witch water will boil away scot is all dependent upon how air tight your electrolizer tank is. There are ways to deal with the effects of vacuum on your electrolizer tank. Hope this sheds some light on your problem.

  • If you have one of ...

If you have one of your lines running to direct manifold vacuum only, this will cause your water to boil away. Its not related to heat but due to differences in pressures. Example if you were to leave a space capsule in space without any space suit and float freely into the vacuum of space due to the pressure differences your blood would boil right away. Same with water and vacuum. If you have a a/c vacuum pump, test with sealed water cont and watch what happens.

  • You should re ...

You should re evaluate your theory on current leakage from the edges. My testing has shown that leakage current is actually greatest on the face of the plates and not on the edges of the plates. It has not been untill recently that someone has posted the results of what i have been trying to disprove with edge plate current loss. Keep up the great work.

  • Hi ZFF, a ...

    Hi ZFF,
a calculaton question: how lean? If I would like to run an engine completely on hho gas, lets say a 2l engine. It would draw 0,5l of fresh air + hho gas per round - that is at max 6000rpm = 3000l of air an hho gas per minute. How lean can the mixture be, to work, so I would know how much hho I would have to produce in order to have a full hho engine. with your cell of 5,4 ml hho per minute, per watt output I could calculate the current I need to produce. -

  • The only thing I ...

The only thing I can think of is that some kind of nebulizing effect happens in the bubbler and dense vapor vanishes when subjected to engine heat. I don't detect any vapor droplets in my tube after the bubbler or tube going into the intake. Your thoughts please.

  • ZERO, my cell in my ...

ZERO, my cell in my vehicle closely replicates the efficiency of your zero cell. Just a little over 1 LPM, I run @ 11.75 V @ 20 Amps. My bubbler goes down about 400 ml of water @ 1 hr. of drive time. what would cause this?? I have installed a fuel filter canister catch after the bubbler as a secondary precaution for excess foam or corrosive koh vapors entering into my engine. Totally dry. Where does the bubbler water go?? I have to re-fill about every 80 miles. (bubbler only holds 750 ml)
