my sophmore year, my best was 37 feet with the shuffle but i have been training in the offseason and threw a 40 foot with the glide yesterday

my freshman year, my best was 35 feet and i only got 6th in comps. this helps me work on my technique.

haha my senior year my best throw was a 45 feet 2 inches lmao these guys are beasts

all the ppl saying " i throw ..." are probs fat :) lol

thats only 6.6 lbs i could throw that 40-45 but im 13. with a 4kg my farstest was 35-7-3/4

i won in 8th grade in my district with 49 ft with 8 lbs. now i throw disc 141 ft im a junior in high school

i finished 7th in the city championship meet with a 36'6" with an 8 lb.(the best was 45' something)

Im in 7th grade I got 1st place for GPISD middle school city track meet

it seems like the shot putters back in the day used the glide and the shotputters today use the spin....
