    The movies are the next season. If you go watch bender's big score again, you can see how it can be split into a few episodes, as each section of the movie focuses on a different part of the overarching story. Theyre gonna split each movie appart and add "previously on Futurama" segments, plus maybe a few other little bonuses, into the new season (5 or 6, depending on what region you are in)
