The Cerulean's Gym Leader, Misty, uses Water Pokemon, one of the best, in my opinion. Staryu is easy, but Starmie is a real challenge. It's a evolved Pokemon and it's half-Psychic, so try use some Dark/Bug attacks. Misty gives the Cascade Badge and the TM 03, Water Pulse, to the trainers who defeat her. Enjoy it!
