hes talking about not playing with the seat belt that you have when you ride. but yeah, some mentally retarded kid (no seriously, not joking, he was mental =) got scared whern he got to the top, and somehow found a way to slip out while taking his seat belt off and he fell to his death :(

Actually, back in the day it was like purple, orange, green and pink, I think... with checkerboard between the layers. It was SUPER '90s lookin'
