I had a few requests for this tutorial so here it is. Andrew Kramer came up with the idea for this effect in Adobe After Effects which can be found here: http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials.html?id=23
He has HEAPS of great tutorials for After Effects. I also used his footage because I think it was a great fall acted by Sam :P

    I got a problem when I use two medias to edit on sony segas 8 pro. Always the videos has comes like slow motion. Actually I've no idea what's happening. Well, before when I was using sony vegas 7 I didn't get this problem. So is something like that: two videos and both in separated tracks then when I play video show me stopping as when the computer is slow. Could you help me out? Did I something wrong in the configuration? Thanks in advanced!
