No, Mother Elsie Shaw was not Bishop C. H. Mason's wife. Bishop C.H. Mason's third and last wife was named Elsie Washington Mason. However, Mother Elsie Shaw was never married.

I remember her saying something about some people in COGIC dying. She was quite an anointed woman of God. She came to my church in Memphis back in 96. She was there the week our pastor had died and she really was a blessing to us during that time.

You're right. Her name was Elsie Washington. I don't believe Mother Shaw was married. Someone can correct about her marriage, but I know she was not married to Bishop Mason.
