Ive had 8 HDs and loved them.
Last time I was in a HD stealership I couldnt find the bikes I waded through the jackets,tshirts,chaps ,coffee mugs,hats,vests,books,beer mugs, chrome covers,sunglasses,do rags, the coffee bar, the baby clothes,boot, and across to the belts and leather beanie section,then,oh wait ...theres one ... WOW a motorcycle in a HD shop!

I agree.I don't see the conection between skaters and Harley. Regardless,it's a nice looking scoot. The Crossbones only differs from my blacked out 05 flstsc in the larger engine,the bobtail fender(which I HATE) and the mini apes.If Harley had put a bobbed fender on this bike like the Nightster has,it would be perfect.

I don't understand the skater/Harley connection. I own an 05 Fatboy and an 03 Bigdog Chopper, and I think skaters are F*gs . I've never seen a skater on any motorcycle.

I just wanted to add my two bits here, I absolutely love the new Harley Cross Bones and I'm not a sk8er...I'm in my 40s and I think the bike is AWESOME!! I'm also in love with the music to the video, can anyone tell this grandma who the music is by?? BTW I'm a grandma who rides we own a 2008 Ultra Classic Electra Glide ...but now I want the CROSS BONES!!LOL

I think there is and should be a biker/skateboarder connection. We are both discriminated against by the local Law EXTORTION Officers, and our freedom is challenged by everyone who doesnt think we should exist while living our life doing what we love! As for the skateboard motorcycle-connection, for the last three years, Emerica Footwear's summer tour has been a cross country tour of traveling on motorcycles to skateparks, and the whole tour was sponcored by Harley-Davidson.

As a skater and a biker, I can say that LOTS of skaters like harleys and motorcycles in general. After spending today out skating, on my bike, I was the coolest guy in the group. I'm not some spoiled rich kid, I've worked my ass off and saved my money for my bike.
