    some actors have trimmed armpits on movies. i bet their armpits have thick and long hairs but they were asked to trim it so as not to distract the viewers to look at their hairy armpits. though some may not shave it all for a man is expected to have armpit hairs. but better to retain their natural hairy armpits for the viewers to see. that is just what i noticed on some movies.

    To be fair, I have come across actors who have shaved their armpits in roles. Can't name any specific films but I know I have seen blokes in films with shaven armpits and I've noticed at the time. But I agree with you...I really don't see the point. I'm a guy, and if I was in a scene like this, worries about my hairy armpits wouldnt even cross my mind. And I wouldn't even entertain the idea of shaving, because that would be just embarrassing. I can't understand why some actors choose to do it.
