come on man he lives at home with his mom and dad, and if i had a movie produced from what i wrote i would make sure it was worth while, oh and Eragon isn't a real person... sorry

this guy makes awsome books but his movies arent anywere near as good as the books not by a long shot

it doesn't sound like Christopher Paolini reading... There is an live video of him doing so... There's just a wrong feeling about his reading, but that dude is awesome

Give me a logical reason why he is a "turd face". Also he is ONLY NINETEEN when he published Eragon and started writing it at fiften, and he probably thought it would've been cool if Eragon was a movie when people asked to make it into one. If Eragon watched some of the movie and thought it was crappy he couldn't just say DON'T RELEASE THIS MOVIE, because it would've been a huuge loss of money.

Indeed it was in eldest. but, if my memory serves it is not word for word. It was orginally going to be in eragon and Brom was going to explain it. but, it was cut out due to length restrictions. It was then put into eldest but not word for word (I believe, I could be wrong but..). also this is one of the few times (If not the only time) that Christopher Paolini has released a soundtrack of him reading something from his books.
