    indigos are a reality..but i have to disagree about spoon bending..and other things..spoon bending is a famous magician trick..wich use absolutely normal spoons and normal forks..iam a magician..and i do this trick since many time...about kids experiments those kind of experiments are being done so many times..and the result is that the person subconsciously do micro movements of hands..bending the spoon without know..and then he or she see realize that the spoon is bent..

    Focus on three points:
    Energy coming from your two hands and from out the top of your head, meeting at one point above your body, like beams of light; being sent as the cosmic communication of your thoughts and prayers and desires and observations, etc.

    Every time you remember, tell your body what you want it to do. Tell it to expel the poisons, and to retain only the healthy, beneficial parts of all things that you consume.

    In meditation, try to clear your mind of All thought. It takes 5 or 10 minutes, and thoughts will keep popping up, but lull them until you reach the point of no thought; just experience of oneness with the planet/ galaxy.

    hey turq, i love this subject. i do hope and believe indigos are here to help us. i've met my share of them and when you meet one, you just know it right off the bat. it's like an unconscious understanding.

    over time i've seen some kids lose their great individuality because they were told what to think. our school systems are intense brain factories and peer pressure institutions.

    i enjoyed high school, but by the time i left i just wanted to get away from it all. life is not a petty game.
