This is a video drawn from actual Coast Guard footage of the crash of U.S. Airways Flight 1549 into Hudson Bay. You see the plane crash land in the water, the passengers quickly evacuating the plane and then New York Waterway ferries rushing to their rescue. The pilots and crew on Flight 1549, the the ferry captains and their crews as well as many of the passengers truly were heroic and saved hundreds of lives! in the afternoon of January 15th, 2009, there truly was a miracle on the Hudson.
