She knows what she is doing in this interview - trying to turn off people from eating Turkey for Thanksgiving. Why?

It's not how food is treated, just what does that mean? So Turkeys are now never Turkey's, there considered food from day one of their life?

OMG this is priceless! And the idiot in the background just keeps turning around and looking at the camera???? I can't figure out if he's getting a kick out of the situation or if he's a hayseed who's stunned at the fact that the lady governor is 15 feet away.

Also, the idiot in the background is steadily looking at the camera while he kills the turkeys! He knew what he was doing, but didn't have enough sense to stop for a few minutes to let the interview occur. He even said, "Sorry about that." because he knew that was he was doing was being filmed!

That's funny... when we raised turkeys one year, the kids had a blast butchering them too. Palin is alright!

This isnt Palins fault its the fault of the camera crew. even so thats where food comes from. Ofcourse Obama could give a speech while unborn children are murdered behing his back and no one would say anything.

Everybody is blaming Palin for this fiasco. However, it's really the cameraman's fault. They look for ideal backgrounds to film interviews, and obviously this was a horrible decision. I agree with a previous commentor when they said that it detracts from the point of the story.

I agree with you 100%. That poor guy probably has 200 more turkeys to kill. He can't help it if Sarah Palin wants to be right in the thick of it. I mean it probably is the right place to buy a really fresh turkey but use your brain Sarah, kids could be watching this.
