Visualize it! Represent the present state and the desired stated and morph one to the other, very quickly, open your eyes for a second, and do it again and again until it feels done

Ok Jamie, here's the thing. I find these videos very inspiring in general, and your metaphor of a shining diamond surrounded by bullshit works particularly well on many levels.

What I find very enticing is just how I would empty out all of that S**t , and get to the brilliant core underneath. Maybe you'd like to share, but I wouldn't tell you to do so, because you can decide how helpful you'd like to be ; )
